A proposal evaluation process is a required attachment referenced in the Evaluation section of an RFP. The process will to be used by evaluators in scoring proposals.
The procurement officer should provide a Technical Proposal Evaluation Form to evaluators, along with responsive proposals and the RFP for the evaluators to complete their independent evaluation of the proposals and make brief comments.
The procurement file must contain the final technical proposal evaluation forms used as a basis for the scoring of proposals.
A MS Excel spreadsheet is available for the procurement officer to use for summary scoring.
Evaluators will use the technical proposal evaluation form in scoring responsive technical proposals. NDUS has assigned each evaluation criterion and the relative weight.
The procurement officer will use the proposal evaluation worksheet to tally the scores for each vendor and to summarize the evaluation scoring. All final technical proposal evaluation forms and the proposal evaluation worksheet are included in the procurement file.
